The gates can be set to be fully open during working hours and partially open at night or on weekends, optimising both security and convenience. In addition, different operating modes can be configured depending on the time of day,’ explains Vlado Golemovic.

For example, the gate can be fully opened to allow unhindered passage during working hours, while it is opened halfway during the night to restrict access but still allow necessary passage.

Language and security

The built-in gate automation offers user-specific features to manage language and security, increasing system customisability and protection. Both the display and user interface support multiple languages, which is a critical feature in multilingual or international environments.

From our perspective, this is a hygiene factor. In a situation where users from different regions need to navigate the system, they should be able to do so in their native language. This reduces the risk of accidents or misunderstandings and makes it easier to configure and use the system correctly,’ says Vlado Golemovic.

This doesn’t mean that just anyone can access it – there is the option to password-protect advanced features, ensuring that only authorised personnel can perform critical configurations or adjustments.

It is an additional security that protects the system against accidental or malicious changes and ensures that the gates remain secure and functional.
